- We do not offer refunds for change of mind
- We offer exchange only on casual wear & Abayas
- Items must be returned within 7 days &:
Unworn, unmarked, unaltered, without damage with swing tags still attached and with original receipt - Strictly no returns or exchange on formal gowns or any dresses
- For hygiene reasons body tops, scarves, jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged
- Sale items or any item discounted cannot be returned or exchanged
How do I exchange my order?
In order to exchange your item, you will be required to either visit us in-store or return via auspost.

Customers are responsible for:

- Exchanged item shipping fees
When will I receive my order?
All orders are shipped out 24-hours after you have placed your order.
Auspost Shipping times:
Standard: 2-7 Days
Express: 1-3 Days
All click and collect orders will be ready within 24-hours. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready. Please ensure you bring your confirmation email to collect your order.
