• We do not offer refunds for change of mind
• We offer exchange only on casual wear & Abayas
• Items must be returned within 7 days &:
  Unworn, unmarked, unaltered, without damage with swing tags still attached and with original receipt
• Strictly no returns or exchange on formal gowns or any dresses
• For hygiene reasons body tops, scarves, jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged
• Sale items or any item discounted cannot be returned or exchanged
